1. Does the garage come with the house?
2. Will the sellers be taking the septic tank?
3. Can we put a window over the fireplace to increase the light?
4. We don’t like the listing agent – can you get rid of her and do the deal yourself?
5. It says this house has “armed patrol.” Where do the guards stand?
