The Lighter Side of Real Estate: YouTube Marketing Draws an Audience

Can this realtor’s spoof of Carly Rae Jepsen’s smash hit get potential clients to call her…maybe?

Jessica Edwards, a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty, gathered a group of her friends and created a YouTube parody of the song “Call Me Maybe.” In the video, Edwards and her friends hold up signs with her phone number and mimic Jepsen’s dance moves.

The video has already gotten almost 20,000 views since July 19.
