Andrea Jauck’s passion for real estate was born from years of watching her father build custom luxury homes. But it was his work as a Realtor that appealed to Andrea most. “I love waking up every day with the opportunity to show people the most beautiful houses on the market,” she explains. “It’s a privilege and a joy to be able to help people find the home of their dreams, or sell a home as they prepare to move on to the next chapter of their lives.”

Andrea spent the early years of her career as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Marcraft Homes, her family’s award-winning custom construction business in British Columbia’s Greater Vancouver area. That experience gave her an eye for the finer details that go into the building of a luxury home, and taught her the sales strategies she would later use as a Realtor with The Pinnacle Group Real Estate Marketing Team for Keller Williams. Now in her fifteenth year serving the Tri-Cities area of Metro-Vancouver, she works alongside partner Kris Cyganiak and her brother Mathew Jauck to offer sellers the most sophisticated online marketing package in the industry.

She and her team have closed over $30 million in sales already this year, and those numbers continue to climb.

If she’s not working, Andrea can often be found serving her community in one capacity or another. For seven years she managed Ladies Night In, a fundraising event that brought vendors from various local industries together at one of Vancouver’s luxury homes, benefiting groups like the Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation and the Tri-City Transition Society. She continues to be a contributor to various other fundraising events. She also runs Flourish, a group committed to the physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of women. The group meets monthly to engage in healthy activities in health-inducing environments.

As for the future of her business, Andrea is proud of what she’s accomplished with her team, and plans to continue growing her share in the luxury market. “We recently sold the two most expensive listings ever for the Tri-City area, so we’re very optimistic about our future.”
