Top real estate agent in Ontario Andrew Enofe was born and raised in Nigeria but migrated to Canada over two decades. He arrived in Canada as a minor all alone with no family, friends, or relatives. Facing him, was a daunting task of survival. Needless to say, it was a hard, difficult, and perilous time. He had so many obstacles and challenges in making ends meet and making life count, capped with the fact that he had no guidance or support; it was indeed a hard life for Andrew.
He didn’t give up. No!
He struggled and got admitted into the Central Commerce Collegiate, Toronto where he graduated from. His quest for knowledge didn’t stop, armed with a Bachelor’s degree in international development studies from York University, he further augmented his skill set with a Certificate program in non-profit management from the prestigious Schulich School of Business.
Shortly after this, Andrew opened a Non-profit organization as it has always been his dream and passion to help and contribute to the development of the vulnerable and less privileged members of society. For Andrew, it was a way of being thankful for the hurdles that he overcame and this was a way of paying it forward.
Well, after two years the organization couldn’t sustain itself. He had to put a pause on it and get a job with a construction company as a laborer in order to earn his bread. Even then he knew it was a temporary thing, a means to a golden end. He persevered and kept his head above water.
During this time as a laborer, Andrew came to learn about real estate and became very interested in it so he took a course. At the end of the course, Andrew had no funds to register for the licensing examinations, there was no one to turn to for help and he struggled very much but with the grace of God In 2012 he was able to register and started his real estate journey with Remax Brokerage as a Realtor.
The first two years were very challenging for Andrew with lots of knocking from door to door, handing flyers and cards to people, and traveling great distances just to get customers. It was a lonely and troubling period and thoughts of quitting came in but Andrew had a goal and vision that kept him going so he persevered and learned all he could.
After 4 years at RemaX Canada, he subsequently transitioned to Right at Home Realty Brokerage, where he currently thrives as one of their esteemed Realtors. Within the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, Andrew’s prowess has catapulted him to the upper echelons of success, placing him among the top 1% of Realtors in Canada. Also, Andrew and his team are currently building a property development company that will become one of the biggest development companies in Toronto and hopefully across Canada in a few years’ time.
