Cassie Hollis started real estate in 2003 when she moved from Mississippi to Chattanooga. Initially starting on the admin side with Realty Center, the company she still represents today, Cassie worked her way to the top to become an independent real estate agent. After twenty years in the industry with experience from administrative work to running large teams and working with various companies, Cassie is helping others achieve their dreams as a solo agent as she serves her community with the homebuying journey. Cassie’s primary geographic area of service includes the greater Chattanooga area, with Hamilton County being her largest business territory. Additionally, she takes on surrounding counties and has traveled as far as Knoxville to help her clients. As a result of her dedication to building lasting relationships with clients, she has earned a 100% repeat and referral business over the years. Impressively, she still receives referrals from past clients who have left Chattanooga. Happy clients return to work with Cassie due to her ability to connect on a personal level. “I treat everyone like they are somebody, not a number, because they are all important to me,” she shares. To market listings, Cassie uses an MLS that syndicates all listings to public websites, including her own. She also presents listings on social media, implements professional photography, and uses the BHHS resource center to send emails. If needed, Cassie will also stage the home. To stay resourceful, she employs digital marketing and calls other agents who service the area when a home needs special traction. As a result of her efforts, Cassie closed out 21.5 million dollars in volume in 2021 while making the Top 1% of the Network for the Chairman’s Circle Platinum. Cassie is in the pipeline for twenty-seven million to thirty million dollars in volume for 2022. Aside from her outstanding success, she is in this business for the people. “I love being able to help them with the biggest investment in their life,” she shares. Cassie cherishes building genuine relationships with her clients and seeing their faces light up after they find the right home. Most importantly, she loves helping clients realize the possibilities that await them. “It’s the whole process that I love,” she shares.

Cassie is incredibly active in her community as a member of the Lions Club and the various events they put on to give back to the locals. Additionally, her brokerage engages with the community as much as possible, not only for their local area but the Chattanooga area. One of these events is called Angel Tree. Recently they donated an abundance of supplies to local schools for the teachers and students.

When Cassie isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, where they enjoy dinners, riding trails on ATVs, and exploring nature. In the summer, they unplug and enjoy boat rides on the lake. The future looks bright for Cassie, who intends to grow and bring on an assistant. She will remain highly involved with her business as she continues to grow.
