Hilary became a real estate agent after 25 years in the hospitality industry, and after working for a global hotel company for 19 years, the idea of service – personal, elevated service – became part of her DNA. When another firm bought her hotel’s parent company in 2018, Hilary felt the timing was right to make the move into real estate. Now, she takes the invaluable people skills she learned through her years in hospitality and applies them to her real estate business.

Many of my clients are upsizing; selling one home while buying another. It’s a lot of coordination. So, it’s really about the service. It’s not transactional for me, it’s the relationships I’m building.”
Hilary is part of a team with Compass covering the Greater Boston area, including Brookline, Medford, South Boston, Quincy, the North Shore, and other parts of the famous, fabled city. Licensed in both Massachusetts and neighboring Rhode Island, she recently earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation. Hilary completed 20 transactions last year totaling $15 million in volume and already has $9.5 million in sold or pending transactions this year, putting her on pace to surpass last year’s volume.
“I’ll sit down with clients looking to sell their home, do a presentation with them, and go through everything from how to price their home in a way that will create a buzz, to what items I’ll bring in to stage their home for pictures,” she said. “I personally walk through the home, make sure it’s clean, do digital ads and then it’s all over my social media and websites. Together with my reputable referral network of lenders, contractors, and home improvement resources, I am able to offer my clients a full-service package from start to finish.”
