After helping her father rehab homes during her teenage years, Kristine Bissler knew she wanted to enter the real estate business. She spent several years in the mortgage industry, and owned and operated an insurance company. But real estate was calling her name, and she decided to become an agent in 2008, hitting the ground running. Her career has reached incredible heights since then, and she is eager to see where the future takes her. Serving the Cleveland/Akron markets, a large portion of her business derives from referrals, as she consistently goes above and beyond to meet her clients’ needs. “There are no high pressure sales here,” Kristine says. It’s about digging deep and getting to know her clients on a personal level, uncovering what their needs actually are so she can create individualized plans to accomplish their goals.

“I genuinely care,” she explains. “It’s never about me, it’s always about them. I even roll out the red carpet and make the closing/key day extra special.” During their journey together, Kristine is confident, cool and collected, while ensuring they feel taken care of. Ultimately, she aims to build a long lasting relationship. “It’s not a one and done for me,” she says. “It’s very important that we maintain a connection even after the transaction, I try my best to celebrate them throughout the year, whether it’s wishing them a happy birthday or happy anniversary, or meeting them for dinner or drinks.” This high level of service is seen in every aspect of the process, with Kristine being there for them and answering every question. When it comes to marketing, she also goes above and beyond, sending out all of her listings to her own personal database, reaching out to other agents, and posting them on social media.

Buyers and sellers appreciate her expertise in this field, and are continually blown away by her superior service. Through every sale, she donates a portion of her commission to the local Rainbow Babies & Children’s Miracle Network. Kristine plays an active role in her community. She recently sponsored a large time capsule for the local high school’s 2020 graduating class, and was in the class parade to help commemorate it. The Nordonia Hills school loved it so much they decided to make a display to showcase it in the center hallway instead of burying it. Kristine is currently working on the annual Children’s Miracle 5K in collaboration with the City of Macedonia. She also serves as the President and acting CEO of the Nordonia Hills Chamber of Commerce. When Kristine isn’t working, she is enjoying the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which is her backyard. “I spend my free time enjoying the park, whether it’s biking, kayaking, or hiking with my dog. It never gets old and is one of the most beautiful spots in NEO.”

Looking ahead, she hopes to continue growing as a community leader and help more people with their real estate goals. Whether that’s a simple owner occupant transaction or learning to build wealth through investments. “It’s one of the biggest life changing decisions people have to make and I get to be a part of that.”
