After a successful career as a software engineer for the Ford Motor Company, Sonny Bhinder wanted to shift his focus to a job that would allow him to meet and help as many people as he could. Real estate proved to be the perfect fit. So, he got his license in 2005.

Sonny’s sellers have plenty of reasons to be happy. He currently runs a team of 10 agents and 6 staff members. A home represented by his team sells 2.5 times faster than those of the average real estate agent, and for 1.56 percent more money. That’s partly due to Sonny’s extensive and aggressive marketing strategy.

Sonny guarantees sellers their home will sell at their price, or he will buy it. He backs his listings with a 18-month buyback and trade-up programs. “I market 10 times more than other agents. But I also have 20000+ people in my database, so we cross match listings with those who we think might be interested.” His team creates professional photos, videos, drone shots, and 3D tours for every home, which are used to develop an individual website for the property. Each listing is boosted to 60+ other websites, and the team utilizes Facebook and Google for targeted marketing.

Sonny has great relationships with all of his clients, with whom he communicates frequently either in person or on social media. He also sends them regular updates on how their home stands with the current market. “We’re always looking for ways to help them with whatever they need. It’s about providing an awesome experience for them from the first time we meet and beyond. People will remember you for that, and will keep coming back. I have many clients that I’ve done 9 or 10 deals with now.”

Going forward, Sonny wants to grow his volume to 1000 transactions a year, and help his team succeed personally. He also contributes to charitable organizations in his community, and is dedicated to finding new ways to keep the cities he serves healthy and strong.
