Lil Wayne has just listed his modern megamansion in Miami Beach for an equally mega sum of $29.5 million.

The rapper (whose legal name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.) bought the stylish pad in 2018 for $16.75 million. He could record a near $13 million profit if he gets anything close to his asking price.

The place certainly looks expensive. Built in 2017, the 10,278-square-foot manse features a jaw-dropping great room with a 22-foot ceiling. From the mahogany front doors, you can see all the way to the water, and the massive windows also provide a peek into the backyard oasis.

Deluxe domicile

While the performer may be a “Sucker for Pain,” he’s also a sucker for sleek style. The snazzy home features a minimalist design, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and spectacular views.

Located in the guard-gated enclave of Allison Island on Biscayne Bay, the gorgeous contemporary offers seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an elevator, a wine cellar, a media room, a home theater, two family rooms, and multiple terraces.

The primary suite comes complete with dual baths, a walk-in closet, and a spacious sitting area.

There’s also a junior suite with a private terrace, and the chef’s kitchen is equipped with custom Italian cabinetry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The home even comes with separate staff quarters.

Lil Wayne probably had some killer parties out back under the covered cabana with table seating, barbecue grill, and flat-screen TVs.

The half-acre property comes with 110 feet of water frontage.

Previous property

In 2017, Lil Wayne sold his 15,000-square-foot mansion, also in Miami Beach, for $10 million. He had asked for as much as $18 million for the pad that he scored for $11.6 million in 2011. The rapper tricked out the nine-bedroom property with a rooftop skate park, a lagoon with live sharks, and a recording studio.
