Century 21 North East has expanded its presence across the greater Boston area with the acquisition of Century 21 Celli in Stoneham, Massachusetts, the brokerage announced Wednesday.

With this acquisition, Century 21 North East aims to strengthen its position, broaden its reach and enhance the value it provides to clients.
A Century 21 North East spokesperson described the move as a significant milestone for the company.
“This is a big step for our company because Century 21 Celli has been a strong brand in the local Stoneham community, and it allows us to join forces with a powerful team of agents to grow our business in that market.”
Located just 10 miles north of Boston, Century 21 serves Stoneham and surrounding communities, including Melrose, Wakefield, Reading, Woburn and North Reading, Massachusetts.
The firm’s office is a member of MLS PIN, a multiple listing service in Massachusetts, covering 80 percent of the state, according to the firm’s website.

Seventeen real estate agents from Century 21 Celli will join the brokerage, which now boasts a network of more than 1,600 real estate professionals. Together, they will offer buyers, sellers and investors top-tier service and an innovative approach to real estate.
All operations, staff and services from Century 21 Celli will also be integrated into Century 21 North East, ensuring a seamless transition.
