Nimble, a company that provides the real estate industry with software for creating and managing customer relationships, has launched an on-board email marketing feature to bolster its lineup of flexible business tools.
The new tool will emulate the feature set common to stand-alone entries in the field, such as Constant Contact and Happy Grasshopper, Inman learned in an April 3 statement.
Nimble’s solution is integrated with its system’s existing tools, such as workflows, web forms and lead nurture systems, to ensure an easy onboarding and intuitive conduits between customer needs and marketing actions.
Nimble said its email marketing engine will offer creative design functionality, send tracking, segmentation and scalability for use by individual agents as well as large, multi-team offices.
“Nimble has always been about helping people build stronger relationships at scale. With the addition of email marketing, we’re expanding our capabilities to meet the growing needs of businesses looking to engage their audiences with both small-scale outreach and enterprise-level marketing campaigns,” said Jon Ferrara, CEO of Nimble, in the release.
Nimble’s name is not by accident. The company’s place in the real estate CRM sphere is somewhat unique, as the application functions across multiple third-party communication channels and business networks, like Gmail and Outlook, and even LinkedIn.
Whereas the majority of CRM tools rely primarily on users logging in via web app or mobile device to track and respond to lead and client activity, Nimble delivers browser-based flexibility to keep its users engaged across a wide range of daily business activities even when not directly interacting with its primary UX.
Last year, Nimble announced a partnership with PhoneBurner, an automated dialing solution. The deal will specifically benefit prospecting efforts, which rely on consistent and often high-paced outreach. The new email capabilities should further support customers’ prospecting tactics.
Email campaigns can be linked directly to any existing Nimble Email Sequence, a feature announced in May 2024 that allows for custom sales actions based on client or lead behavior. The application has built-in sequence templates but can be created or adjusted as needed.
“Nimble automatically stores all interactions with prospects, including emails, calls and meetings, which aids in personalizing communications and improving response rates,” the company said last year.
The company also offers AI-based contact record reconciliation, website lead capture, business profiling, and workflow automation to reduce repetitive tasks and consolidate mundane activities.
