It sits in the hills of Studio City, less than five minutes by car from a bustling stretch of Ventura Boulevard and from the Radford Studio Center soundstages. Fryman Canyon, a popular hiking trail, is 10 minutes away, as is Laurel Canyon Dog Park.

Indoors: From the garage, outdoor stairs lead up to the front patio, which has brick floors and views of Studio City.

The living room has an original bow truss ceiling as well as an original fireplace with a raised hearth and built-in bookshelves on either side. The dining room, accessible via both living room and foyer, is lined with a wall of windows offering views of the surrounding hillsides.

Also off the dining room, through an arched doorway, is the kitchen, which has Caesarstone countertops, custom-built wood cabinets. and a stainless steel gas range. A breakfast nook is tucked into the far end of the space, and a half-bathroom is off the kitchen.

The primary bedroom, off the foyer, has space for a king-size bed and a wide picture window facing the backyard. A bedroom next door is big enough for a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is directly off the dining room, with exposed wood beams running along the ceiling. The full bathroom, with a combined tub and shower, is next to the primary bedroom.
