What’s something you know now that you wish you knew when you started?

The real estate industry and market can change quickly, and the changes will only continue to speed up. I’ve learned that every market shift brings new opportunities if you’re willing to adapt. When you focus on abundance instead of fear, you not only find opportunities; you attract them.

What’s your top prediction for next year?

This isn’t just a prediction for next year — it’s a belief for the years ahead: Real estate agents are not going anywhere. Buying or selling a home is emotional, complex and deeply personal. People want guidance, reassurance and connection — things only real human relationships can provide. As long as agents focus on building trust and fostering meaningful relationships, we will always have a vital role to play.

What’s your top tip for freshly licensed brokers?

Be intentional about building a positive culture from day one. Let your core values guide every decision you make, and they will shape the environment you create, the people you attract and the success you build.

What makes a good leader?

A good leader leads with both heart and mind, always focused on serving others. It means listening more than speaking, asking the right questions and empowering people to grow. Most importantly, it’s about truly knowing and genuinely caring about your people and always, always having their back.

What’s one thing you wish every agent knew?

Real estate is a powerful opportunity to make a lasting difference in people’s lives. Homeownership remains one of the most reliable paths to building wealth in America, and as agents, we play a vital role in guiding people through that journey. It’s hard work, but it’s meaningful, purpose-driven and incredibly rewarding.
