“RE/MAX offers the systems and is the No. 1 brand in real estate, but we still get to be independently owned and keep our culture,” Carew said in a statement. “Everything we do can be stronger with RE/MAX.” He added, “They’ll [agents] have all the tools they could possibly need with one login and will be affiliated with a global giant who leads the industry in brand awareness.”
With over 60 years of combined experience in the industry, the firm maintains a pledge to work tirelessly on behalf of every client to make each experience both successful and pleasant.
As an independent brokerage, 3 Leaf Realty has been voted Best of the Beach in real estate for four consecutive years, from 2015 to 2018, and has earned recognition from the local newspaper, “Easy Reader,” for its quality of work.
Before founding 3 Leaf Realty in 2008, Carew spent more than a decade as president of Social Business Network International (BNI), where he focused on helping professionals grow their businesses through strategic networking. From 2004 to 2007, he worked as a Realtor with Shorewood Realtors, representing clients in both residential and income property transactions.
