New York City-based real estate analytics company UrbanDigs has launched an upgraded version of its agent reporting and analysis service, UD Advisor, the firm announced on Wednesday.
The custom reporting and analysis service was launched in 2023 and can provide agents across Manhattan and Brooklyn with a variety of tailored market analyses depending on their need, including a price-cut competition analysis, pre-listing analysis for sellers, pre-bidding analysis for buyers, cap rates for investors, historical trend analysis, market-to-market data for property owners and more.

The new rendition of UD Advisor adds upgraded visual presentations, quicker report delivery times (around three to five business days with expedited options available), a scalable version of the service for teams or entire brokerages and an appraiser slide by 30-year appraiser veteran Andrew Goodman of Gotham Valuation.
“We built UD Advisor to help agents price smarter and redefine what it means to bring data into the deal process,” Noah Rosenblatt, CEO and cofounder of UrbanDigs, said in a statement. “Pricing is no longer a guessing game. It’s a conversation backed by expertise that helps elicit a client decision.”
Regular UrbanDigs subscribers receive local analytics, personalized reports and other insights to grow their businesses, but UD Advisor subscribers can receive more custom reporting based on their specific needs and the needs of their team.

“With UD Advisor, we’ve made it easier than ever for agents to delegate the heavy lift of comps, charts and analysis, so they can spend more time building trust, guiding clients and closing deals,” said John Walkup, cofounder of UrbanDigs. “UD Advisor is the product we wish we had as agents. It’s fast, objective and saves hours on every listing, especially when you’re juggling multiple clients.”
Since its launch two years ago, UD Advisor has priced more than $540 million of New York City real estate at an average price of $6.5 million, ranging from $500,000 to $50 million, UrbanDigs said.
Agents also frequently use the service to create new development sellout feasibility studies, amenity studies and neighborhood market context, according to UrbanDigs. Pricing for the service varies by type of request and time involved in delivering the request, but starts at $1,200.
